Refund Policy
At Thriftage, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your vintage clothing, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thriftageco.com with your order number and details of your return request.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the return. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for returned items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during sales, using a discount code, or marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gift cards, customized products, and downloadable software products are also excluded from our return policy.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email at info@thriftageco.com, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
